Reserve your workout time in the studio up to two weeks in advance based on YOUR availability. 

Things to Keep in Mind

In order to keep StrongHer Studio clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone, you agree to abide by the following norms as a studio member:


  • Start on time. End on time. Strength workout sessions are limited to one hour each. Cardio sessions are limited to 30 minutes each.  We recommend arriving a few minutes prior to your session to get settled in order to maximize your time with the equipment. Please wrap up your session on time so that others are not delayed.
  • Proper footwear required. We recommend no sole sneakers, barefoot sneakers, or grippy socks for strength workouts; running sneakers may be used on treadmill. No boots, flip flops, Crocs, Birkenstocks, open-toed shoes, or other sandals permitted.
  • No street shoes allowed on studio floor.  Please do not pass through the studio floor wearing footwear from outside the studio.  Street shoes must be removed in the lounge area at the front of the studio. We recommend purchasing proper footwear that is reserved for use inside the studio only.  This helps maintain the cleanliness of the studio and the proper functioning of other equipment.
  • Be considerate when using your cell phone on the floor.  Using the StrongHer Studio app to track your workouts is highly encouraged during your session, however it is easy to lose track of time when using messaging or other apps.  Please self-monitor to ensure that you do not tie up equipment for an extended period of time (greater than 15 minutes). If necessary, please step away from the equipment to attend to business or personal matters so that others may continue working out uninterrupted.  Absolutely no calls allowed on the studio floor.  Voice calls may be taken in the lounge area or back room.  No video calls or FaceTime calls permitted in the studio.  Absolutely no filming or photographing others without consent.
  • No Olympic or power lifting. StrongHer Studio prioritizes maintaining a comfortable environment for women who are looking for an alternative to traditional gym environments. If you are focused on performing Olympic or power lifts, it is likely you have the skill and confidence to perform them in a wide range of other facilities, and we invite you to pursue and refine those skills in an alternative environment.
