StrongHer Studio offers semi-private personal training in a studio environment focused on supporting women of all ages to improve their health and well-being.
What is semi-private personal training?
Semi-private personal training is designed to allow you to follow your own customized program, ensuring that you are performing movements that are specifically chosen for YOU by your coach. A coach will be there supporting you (and up to four other people who are also working on their individualized programs) with exercise instruction and feedback. It's like doing one-on-one personalized training in the company of other like-minded women, but without the cost.
If you choose a membership that includes semi-private personal training, we'll gather some initial information about your goals, daily life, and current movement, nutrition, and recovery habits. We'll also learn more about any special considerations we should keep in mind while developing your program.
If you choose a membership that includes nutrition coaching, you'll receive additional support as you practice the nutrition skills and habits that will lead to long-term success.
Everyone's program will be different based on individual needs and goals. But incorporating some activity into your weekly routine will be an essential component of your success.
Based on your assessment, your coach will include a customized recovery program that features both active and passive strategies to reduce the impact of stress on your progress.
We will provide you with recommended content to help you overcome challenges you may be facing.
If you join with a membership that includes semi-private training, we'll check in with each other on a monthly basis. This is a time for us to review your progress, adjust your plan, and anticipate and proactively address anticipated challenges you might encounter.
